After proving our worth with some initial low level, but essential, stationery and printed literature developments, we were soon tasked with developing a new more up-market literature look and feel for their prestigious central London locations.

Our ever-eager creatives jumped at the opportunity to work on what soon proved to be a high style design project, that was to influence much of the client’s following marketing projects.

Inspired by the minimalistic design and first-class architectural photography within; we advised on how the print could complement and reinforce the same high-end feel. Working with one of our most trusted local print firms; the smooth matt lamination throughout provided an up-market quality, whilst the flashy Spot UV varnish helped to accent key areas. The result was a highly stylish, confident, but understated brochure that clearly presents the key benefits of each admirable location.

Next, Office Space In Town approached us to help them to rethink their most important marketing tool; their website. Extensive research followed by collaborative brainstorming sessions helped us to quickly prioritise the website’s key objectives; instinctive use, quick to digest but informative, and above all highly engaging.

The finished product was a responsive design that looks fantastic across all devices large or small. The site features hierarchically structured content, visual sign-posting, rich multimedia and clear calls to action throughout. We are happy to report the site now benefits from an increase in visits, higher engagement and most importantly a significant increase in leads and profits.
